Our North American Mobility Business is focused on delivering valuable payment services and insights for companies who leverage vehicles as a core part of their business from small businesses to global trucking and delivery companies.As a key member of the North American Mobility Sr. Leadership team, you will partner closely with Commercial, Operational, and Technology to own and drive our North American Mobility product strategy. In this role, you will be accountable for creating an integrated product vision and strategy to drive high-value business outcomes by solving our customers' major pain points through product innovation and the commercialization of new products. You will manage a team of product leaders and product managers that will manage, define, and deliver the products and customer experience for each of our North American Mobility products.The candidate will build a culture of customer-driven innovation, rapid experimentation, collaboration, data-driven decisions, and accountability, including:Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and execute a bold vision for small business product offerings, with a focus on mobility and payments space, supported by rapid experimentation, external competitive assessment, and strategic partnerships and/or acquisition to build confidence and traction, including the current small business portfolio, our new acquisition, and new product ideas.Market and Customer Focus:
Understand and incorporate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape into product strategy.Experimentation and Launch:
Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to rapid experimentation, scaling, and successful market launches that drive revenue.Outcomes focus:

Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
