Job Description Summary:

Owner of merchant onboarding, activation and product adoption driving growth on PayPal’s latest merchant product platforms. Client facing, cross-functional merchant attachment campaign planning and execution for dedicated list of Partners.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and effective Sr. Growth Manager with a proven track record of growth results delivering best-in-class merchant experiences through Partner channels. This is a client facing role, working with our most Strategic Partners and responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of Partner Sales and Marketing campaigns driving merchant attachment and product adoption at scale.

Qualifications:

7+ years experience in multi-faceted roles including expansion sales, account development/customer success, marketing, project management.

Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport, influence, and drive results with customers and cross-functional team members.

Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Superb critical thinking, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven experience presenting to external clients and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

Manage dynamic pipeline of campaigns, coordinating execution sequencing across multiple teams for cohesive delivery of defined merchant engagement strategy.

Maintain reporting of pipeline status - launches, risks, delays - and performance; collaborating with business partners to understand quantitative inputs that drive qualitative measurement.

Identify points of opportunity to strengthen program strategy, program execution while continually focused on revenue optimization and meeting the customer's needs.

Understand multiple points of view (client, external customer, internal customer) to build thoughtful and scalable merchant attachment plans.

Develop and maintain highly-engaged relationships with key stakeholders and executives within partner organizations to drive strategic alignment and influence key business decisions.

Leverage data-driven insights to present compelling business cases and strategic recommendations to senior management, showcasing the impact of growth initiatives and opportunities for further collaboration.

Facilitate executive-level meetings and workshops to align on growth strategies, address key challenges, and identify new opportunities for joint initiatives.

Advocate for the needs and interests of both PayPal and its partners, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure the successful execution of strategic campaigns.

Estimated 10% travel required.

Compensation:

PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $99300 to $216040.

Work Model:

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
