The team stays focused on aligning the company priorities with day-to-day operations, and helps evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.As a Curriculum Lead, you will conceptualize, design, and lead the execution of the learning strategy across GCS, LCS, and GCAS. You will work with program managers and key stakeholders across functions and manage senior Learning specialists who will provide support in course design and development. You will collaborate with program managers and the business partners team to ensure high quality facilitation through master faculty and other facilitation options.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
