Serves as a liaison between project teams, external clients, or other functional areas of the organization.Sets and manages project expectations. Ensures projects are completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to clients or project sponsors.Has extensive experience with the concepts and principles of one or more related fields or departments.Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers.Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management. Progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONNon-supervisory – Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in finance. An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or training may be substituted for experience.MINIMUM CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONN/APREFERRED CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONExperience working in the field for which projects will be managed or the departments to which the individual incumbent will be assigned.MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe following demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Must be able to lift approximately 10 pounds.
