IT Help Desk Support Technician
whowill support the Information Management department and provide AV/IT assistance in hybrid/virtual meetings.Location:
Diamond Bar, CA 91765Position : IT Help Desk Support TechnicianPay Rate : $30 to $35/hr. W2 (depending on experience)Duration : Approximately 6 months (with a possibility to extend up to 12 months)Schedule:
The schedule is expected to be four 10-hour days (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), Tuesday through Friday.Responsibilities:Provide AV/IT assistance in hybrid/virtual meetingsAssist staff using Windows laptops/desktops who are working remotely or on-premisesTroubleshoot hardware/software problemsAssist in moving IT and IT-related equipment as needed or directed by the supervisorProvide first-level tier support for the helpdeskInventory of computing and IT-related equipmentOther duties as needed/directed by a supervisorQualifications:Demonstrated experience in tier 1 IT supportDemonstrated troubleshooting desktop/laptop client computersDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Windows/Office and O365 applicationsHelp Desk/User Support experience over the phone and in personA+ certification is highly desirableAbout our client :Our client is the air quality management agency for four local counties, responsible for regulating businesses so they dont pollute the air.
