About the Role :We are seeking a Workday Configuration Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday configuration and analysis, preferably in a large company setting.This role will involve handling integration and configuration tasks within various Workday modules to support our HR system administration.Responsibilities:
Configure complex Workday business processes in Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits modules. - Perform Workday administrative functions such as tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.Review and optimize business procedures/workflows to enhance system efficiency.Provide end-user support, change management, testing, and training for Workday processes.Document technology specifications and maintain change management documentation for audit controls.Stay updated on Workday features and enhancements, acting as a domain support for issue resolution.Foster relationships with business partners and enhance their understanding of Workday.Required:
Experience with Workday configuration and analysis.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.Strong understanding of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting.Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Workday business processes.Knowledge of mass loading information via EIBs and testing integration inputs and outputs.Ability to create and utilize reports for auditing configuration changes. - Familiarity with Workday Implementation Methodology.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members, IT, business partners, and vendors.Commitment to providing exceptional support service and enhancing user experience with Workday.Job Requirement
