Responsibilities:Reconciliation of accounts managed by the Securities & Derivatives areaServe as analytical or procedural expert for securities processing deliverables/initiativesMonitor errors, suggest solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policiesMonitor, analyze, and evaluate processes and data to ensure accuracy and quality of completed settlement tasksLead projects and initiatives to support Sec Finance Trading Desk with various tasksProvide cash investment support for different investment processing typesContribute to creating customized reporting for managementSupport implementation of securities processing improvementsAssist in identifying policy gaps and formulating policies to streamline work processesProvide guidance and training to lower level/new securities processing team members when requiredEducation:
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experienceRequired Skills:
5-8 years of relevant experienceClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to assess risk and make sound business decisionsKnowledge of securities processing and related policiesAbility to lead projects and initiatives to successful completionStrong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in tasks.Job Requirement
