Assistant General Manager , you will be responsible for maintaining this dynamic account in partnership with the General Manager by following the approved budget while meeting client expectations. You will conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while maintaining excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments. You will promote the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will foster strong interdepartmental relations and create a "wow" worthy environment, focused on providing exceptional guest service to Delta travelers!Salary -

$70,000-$75,000 *based on skill, experience, and work historyThe lounge is open from 4:30 AM -10:30 PM - 365 days a yearBased on a 50-hour work week -

Open availability is requiredExperience in Fine Dining and/or VIP Clubs is HIGHLY DESIRABLEKey AGM Responsibilities:Carries out supervisory responsibilities following the organizations policies and applicable lawsInterviews, hires, and mentors employees and managersConducts employee meetings and training programsMaintains food costs while ensuring quality standardsManages purchasing and inventory controlsIs knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of foodPerforms related duties and special projects as assignedPreferred Qualifications:
