Join our passionate team and step into a rewarding career today Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm Pay rate: $18 - $25/hr. Qualifications: Prior experience required. Essential functions: This role involves working in a fast-paced aerospace industry environment as part of the Engineering Department, reporting to the Engineering Manager. Responsibilities include hands-on CNC machine setup for machining customer products, inspecting first article products for compliance, and performing G-Code programming. The position requires determining tooling and fixturing needs, collaborating on shop improvement projects, and training operators in safety and quality for CNC equipment. Additional duties include managing the Tooling and Fixturing Database, evaluating and developing calibration prints for test fixtures, and occasionally running customer parts.
