Pennsylvania Practice is seeking a motivated and skilled General Dentist to join. If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information. Practice Details: A rapidly growing dental practice serving a diverse patient base, primarily younger adults. Providing a full range of general dentistry services, including endodontics, dentures, root canals, and optional implants depending on provider comfort. The practice currently has 1 full-time dentist and another part-time dentist who visits bi-weekly. You will be supported by 2 full-time hygienists, a hygiene coordinator, 3 dental assistants, 2 patient coordinators, and an office manager, ensuring smooth operations and patient care. Work Schedule: Flexible Monday to Friday daytime schedule starting at 8 AM. No nights, weekends, or on-call duties, offering an excellent work-life balance. Dentists typically see 15-25 patients per day. Qualifications: Must hold an active Pennsylvania Dental License. Ideally seeking a General Dentist with 3-5 years of experience, but open to considering motivated new graduates. Strong work ethic and proficiency in all areas of general dentistry. Commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Compensation & Benefits: All lab fees 100% covered, earning potential $400k Starting daily rate of $400 for new grads, with opportunities for mentorship. 75% employer-covered health insurance for full-time employees.
