Job Summary
: We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. We needa compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured,and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you willbe required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatmentautonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to supporteach other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborativemanner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:
Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient andthe situation
Act as an advocate for patient safety.
Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments,providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
JobRequirements:
1 year of ACUTE CARE RN experience.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida orable to obtain licensure prior to start is required
Current BLS required
Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
BSN is preferred
Sign ON: Up to ***k sign on (However, it is in a case-by-case basis; not guaranteed)
Relocation: Case By Case
Shift Differentials: *** Nights and *** weekends
Fee: 20%
