(details available upon request) .About the RoleAs the Creative Director - Growth & Marketing, you will be the creative driving force at Armada. You’ll lead all design efforts, from concept to execution, working closely with the growth and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive, compelling visual narrative across all platforms. Whether you’re producing a promotional video, designing marketing materials, or crafting social media content, your role will be critical to conveying Armada’s mission: bridging the digital divide by bringing connectivity, compute, and real-world AI to the most remote locations on the planet.Responsibilities:Lead Creative Strategy:
Develop and execute Armada’s creative vision across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual presentation.Graphic Design & Branding:
Create and maintain brand standards, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines. Ensure all creative assets align with the company’s overall brand strategy.Video & Multimedia Production:
Oversee the production of promotional and educational videos, animations, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and internal use.Marketing Collateral:
Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, and email templates.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that communicate the value of Armada’s offerings.Creative Direction for Campaigns:
Provide creative guidance for paid media campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and partnerships, ensuring all materials align with the broader marketing objectives.Qualifications:Proven experience (5+ years) in a creative role across multiple design disciplines (graphic design, video production, UI/UX, branding).Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or other relevant design tools.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital marketing campaigns, video content, and web design.Experience working with AI-driven products, data visualization, or tech-driven companies is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams.A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The pay range for this role is:100,800 - 150,000 USD per year (US Tier 1 - SF Bay Area, Seattle & NYC Metro)
