We are currently looking for an entry-level individual with a customer support background for a full-time Customer Support Representative position. Responsibilities Customer Support Representative:

• Approach consumers in person to assess how needs can be met by company services offered
• Provide exceptional customer service and consultation advice hands-on
• Schedule customer installations dates that best fit their needs to increase customer retainment and sales margins
• Meet with customer, identify their needs, and find elegant solutions to their concerns
• Attend training sessions to increase client knowledge and stay up to date with sales tactics
• Additional tasks as required
