CNC Machinist Job Description:
Set-up, adjust, operate, edit a variety of machines, which may include manual mills, turret lathes, and CNC mills and CNC lathesChecks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerancesAssignment planning, layout, set-up, operating and making tool adjustments for various types of manual, numerically controlled and computerized machine shop equipmentWorks from complex blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensionsMinimal supervision to set up and operate all available machine tools to perform various machine operations on parts that are made from various materialsCNC Machinist Job Requirement:
Minimum 1+ year experience in Machinist/high technology manufacturing environmentHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent2-year graduate of vocational tech machinistAbility to run CNC and manual machines to perform basic programming as neededManual Mill and Lathe experienceAbility to apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasksStrong verbal and written communication skillsWhy work with Moffat Workforce?

The starting salary for the CNC Machinist position is $30.00-$33.00 per hour.
