CSA is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist who specializes in electronic classroom technical support.

Ensure student training infrastructure is functional and available and Active Directory accounts are properly configuredHelp customers overcome any challenges through monitoring and performance managementIdentify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical networkTurn metrics into information and communicate their meaningManage users and computers in an enterprise networkWhat You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

HS DiplomaClearance: Must have an active Secret clearance or higherCertifications: CompTIA Security+ certification or qualifying Bachelor's degree required; IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order levelThree (3) or more years of relevant experience in IT supportGeneral experience in Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database AdministrationExperience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security and compliance systems maintenanceExperience with systems, hardware and software administration and integrationExperience with routine maintenance, including break and fix, backup and recovery, and inventory and asset managementWhat Sets You Apart:

Bachelor's degree preferredExperience with multi-media systems support and community of interest (COI) network operationsExperience with local group policy management and file share, system, and account administrationExperience with configuration and change management and life cycle supportExperience with workstation and server hardware installation, maintenance, board replacement, and cable switchingExperience with system monitoring and troubleshootingKnowledge of system development, software maintenance, and ancillary functionsKnowledge of cyber defense compliance and accreditation servicesAbility to connect non-Navy workstations to the network systemAbility to perform onsite service center support
