Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support

2. Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues

3. Excellent troubleshooting skills

4. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks

6. Strong customer-service orientation

7. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills

8. Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations

9.Basic knowledge of networking

10. Access Request Handling

11. Escalate issue to appropriate teams and follow up for closure

12. Patching of windows workstation/server

13. Windows server/workstation cyber security Management.

14. Shift Timings: 6 AM-3 PM EST

15. Windows cyber security Management knowledge

Base salary range- $60-65K/Annum
