In the WDH OR, you will find: - New RN pay rates! - We currently run nine operating rooms. - Growing orthopedic volume with two-three orthopedic rooms each day - Personal career growth! Our Nursing Education and management teams work with you to formulate a successful career plan. - Two DaVinici Xi robots encompassing General, GYN, Bariatric, and Urology service lines - A vascular hybrid room where we work closely with the Cath Lab to provide minimally invasive procedures. - 10 or 12-hour shifts Experience Minimum Required Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN licensure; OR experience required. 1+ years medical-surgical nursing experience Education Minimum Required RN program completion Education Preferred/Desired BSN or enrollment in BSN program Special Skills Preferred/Desired CNOR Licensure and/or Certifications Required Registered Nursing License BLS (AHA or ARC)
