Production Associate I, General Laborer
Duncansville, 1st Shift, 7am-3pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific to Position :Perform department operation procedures that may include assembly, filling and packaging productsAdhere to and meet quality standards, as well as adjust the process to meet quality standards if necessaryPerform quality checks and collect quality data as neededEnter production quantities and material usage into computer-based systemPerform all other production-related duties as assigned or directedActively participate on the process improvement teamAdhere to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standardsGeneral :
Exemplify New Pig's core valuesSupport and follow company policies and proceduresHelp create a positive work environmentRespond promptly to all communicationsAll others duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
High School diploma or equivalentAbility to perform math functionsAbility to lift up to 30 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionallyCapable of producing all products to standard rateCapable of retrieving and applying all quality informationAttention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughnessMust demonstrate a commitment to all tasks assignedWilling to share input to improve manufacturing processesFamiliarity with basic computer useAbility to work overtime when necessaryManufacturing experience preferred
$16.25/hr. Paychecks weekly. Overtime opportunities available. Mon-Fri schedule.
