Job Description:
Ensure the claims are being processed in accordance with their client SLAs
Review photos taken of the damaged property, insurance policies, and ensuring the claims are processed as their agreements state
Qualifications:
2+ years of office/admin experience
2+ years of reviewing documents
HIGH attention to detail
NO call-center experience
High School Diploma or GED
