Commercial LenderA growing, independent bank is looking to add an experienced Commercial Lender to its team and increase market presence. They need someone who has a strong background in developing and maintaining new business along with continuing to provide an excellent customer experience. The candidate that they are looking for must have three or more years of direct banking/lending experience along with a strong understanding of credit.This bank offers competitive wages and a great work/life balance.Responsibilities for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan OfficerIdentify and cross-sell a wide range of commercial banking services by following a proactive sales and business development planDevelop new loans and manage the existing loan portfolioMaintain an ongoing business development program in order to assist existing customers and solicit new customers to the bankMonitor loan portfolio & loan repayment activities and take necessary action to collect from past-due accountsExperienced lenders are expected to manage large and complex commercial loan customersQualifications for the Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer3 years of direct commercial lending experienceMust have a proven track record in business developmentStrong understanding of Credit Analysis and UnderwritingProven record of strong customer assistanceKnowledge of Bank regulations pertaining to lending and debt collectionPreferably a 4-year degree in a related fieldApply now for the next step in your
