PURPOSE OF POSITION:Under the direction of the CFO and controller, the Financial Analyst will support the department by ensuring timely and accurate processing of projects in compliance with guidelines, company policy, and procedures. Additionally, they will be responsible for collecting and analyzing financial data, identifying / responding to risk items, and ensuring that internal controls are maintained.

Roles and Responsibilities:•The role will report into the Sr. Manager, Financial Management•Assist in analyzing actual operating results at Month-end, Quarter-end, year-end and compare to the forecasted monthly/annual plan and present findings to the management team•Prepare analysis under guidance to support Sr. Manager for reporting executive team members; assist in building consensus and coordinate efforts across multiple departments•Support other financial or administrative projects and tasks to include Investor Relations events assigned by Sr. Manager and Controller•Assist in developing presentations for senior management•Perform market research to present market analysis and monthly report•Consolidate and gather major KPIs and analyze to prepare financial report•Review business process analysis and process improvement•Correspond various ad-hoc request to HQ and subsidiaries

MAJOR CONTACTS:This position will be connected with financial analysts and project managers in various subsidiaries for budgeting, planning, data analyzing, and approving requests in compliance with guidelines, company policy, and procedures.

Necessary Skills / Attributes:•5+ years experience in company finance functions, accounting management, accounting firms•Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related areas.•Strong financial analysis, modeling and valuation skills•Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels within the business and align internal and external stakeholders toward common objectives•Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word•Excellent communication in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is required•A desire to move quickly and decisively in a fast-paced environment•Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations

The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.

Job Responsibilities:Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability and future trends in investment risks.Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations and entire industries.

Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.
