Business Analyst

Job Summary:We are seeking a Business Analyst to manage the product lifecycle and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the successful evolution of TalentNow VMS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of understanding complex product environments, gathering and documenting requirements, and managing a backlog to ensure high-quality delivery by the development team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution.Key Responsibilities:Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring they are clearly documented and aligned with the overall product vision.Backlog Management : Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized, with clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.Documentation : Own the creation and management of product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and business processes. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, development teams, and business analysts to ensure the product features are delivered as per specifications and meet quality standards.Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries. Communicate progress and changes effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Market Research and Analysis : Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to ensure the product remains competitive and relevant in the market.Agile Leadership : Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure that the development team is working on the highest-priority items.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in business analysis or product ownershipStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.Preferred Skills:Experience with product lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proven experience developing functionality and incorporation of AI into multiple Products
