The Role

Join the Human Resources team in Corporate Services, a diverse set of organizations led by Fidelity s Chief Administrative Officer. Align with three senior leaders and their leadership teams to deliver HR business partner services and lead compensation, recruitment, diversity, training, and organizational development initiatives in support of the business.

As an HR Director, you will provide mentorship and support to mid and senior-level managers to improve their people leadership efficiency and drive enterprise and BU specific talent programs. Key areas of focus include organizational design, workforce planning, mentoring and feedback, performance and change management, inclusion, and engagement efforts.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • A strong eye for business and know how people and talent strategies can drive business results.
  • HR generalist/business partner experience
  • Partnering with senior level executives and performing as part of a senior leadership team
  • Leading change initiatives and crafting strategic workforce plans.
  • Demonstrable experience in challenging, influencing, and coaching senior leaders on strategic issues and decisions that influence the operating environment and associate experience.
  • Analytical person and have confirmed independence, autonomy and accountability when performing your work, even in the face of ambiguity or limited precedent.
  • Strong project coordinator and have an ability to think end-to-end about the work to be implemented.
  • Proficient in organizational change and understand key points of engagement, communication, and influence.
  • Ability to analyze data and recognize trends and themes and can provide consultative coaching that translates into the real environment.
