We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roof Repairman with experience in diagnosing and repairing various roofing issues. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of different roofing materials, repair techniques, and safety procedures. You will be responsible for performing inspections, identifying roof damage, and executing high-quality repairs in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect roofs to assess damage and determine repair needs
Repair and replace damaged roofing materials (shingles, tiles, metal, etc.)
Seal leaks and apply waterproofing solutions
Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
Provide accurate repair estimates and maintain a clean worksite
Communicate with clients about repair progress and outcomes
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Roof Repairman or similar role
Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other roofing equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
Valid driver’s license
