Senior Videographer/Content Creator

Stinger is seeking a Senior Videographer/Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your experience in video production, from story boarding to shooting and editing. Youll be responsible for creating visually engaging content that aligns with our brands identity and goals across multiple platforms, including social media and websites. This position requires a strong technical skill set, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and design teams. You should be a highly motivated induvial who can work independently and collaborate when needed. Key Responsibilities: Visual Storytelling : Develop and execute creative concepts and product photography that resonate with our target audience and align with brand objectives. Content Creation: Capture high-quality product photos and videos for all product launches, ensuring each piece of content tells a story and enhances our brands image. Manage Install video shoots, explain to consumers the intricates and easy of install of our products. Production Planning: Organize all aspects of video and photo shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, storyboarding, and scheduling to ensure seamless execution. Video & Photo Editing: Handle all editing tasks, from color correction and sound design to adding visual effects, ensuring a polished final product that meets brand standards. Motion Graphics: Utilize motion graphics skills to create animated content that elevates the visual appeal of our videos. Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling goals across all platforms, including social media and websites. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to bring concepts to life and support broader campaign goals. Technical Expertise: Manage video production equipment, handle lighting setups, perform audio mixing, and execute on-site and remote shoots with precision. Task Prioritization: Quickly prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a self-directed environment while maintaining a sense of urgency. Qualifications: Ability to work independently, planning an executing a video shoots or photoshoot from start to finish with little oversight. Proven experience in video production, from shooting and editing to final output, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficient in video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Strong motion graphics skills and the ability to create visually compelling animated content. Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and visual aesthetics. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in handling on-site and remote video shoots, including lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of production. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams. Please send over a portfolio/Reel to be considered.
