Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management

will:

Administer an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program, include providing a broad range of research, analysis, reporting, monitoring and/or operational process support within risk management of the Credit Union. Administer Enterprise Risk Management initiatives and facilitate the development and documentation of internal controls to support the Credit Union's strategy.Support risk services in promoting risk management in all areas of the credit union including administering and advising on risk strategy, risk appetite and facilitating risk assessments.

your primary responsibilities will include:

Utilizes expertise to exercise sound independent professional judgement and discretion in interacting and communicating with staff and senior management of the Credit Union with respect to regulatory risk and other matters.Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end.Leading projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements; may lead end-to-end processes or functional programs.Provides advanced analysis and/or specialized reporting to support various stakeholders.Works independently as the senior technical lead and guides others within area of expertise.Ensures respective programs/policies/practices are managed, meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with business priorities.Consistently exercises discretion in managing correspondence, information, and all matters of confidentiality; escalates issues where appropriate.Participates in cross-functional/enterprise/initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk/provide guidance for complex situations.Supports ongoing risk measurement activities by acquiring, analyzing, and reporting business operational requirements.May be responsible for coordinating business continuity management (BCM) processes and supporting regulatory/compliance related initiatives impacting overall risks to the business.Supports established enterprise-wide risk escalation, review and approval processes, data management, policies, and risk assessment processes.Contributes to the monitoring of Key Risk Indicators through the identification of key risk drivers for the credit union.
