Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Coach, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities related to employee relations, employee services and counseling, employment compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting, policy development and documentation, 401k, payroll and benefits administration, compensation, etc.
  • Work with senior leadership team to define, enhance, and maintain the company culture.
  • Develop and evaluate reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to company and departmental goals.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Develop and administer various company-wide human resources initiatives, and procedures.
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and positions within the compensation program.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policy best practices and changes to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures as well as prepares and maintains handbook policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resource Generalist/Management position(s)
  • Experience managing HR resources as well as associated policies and procedures
  • Ability to interact with the C-suite and coordinate efforts across all teams
  • Strategic thinker who helps organizations plan for future growth and success
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practice of personnel administration as well as state, federal, and international employment regulations/law
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, master’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
