TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Columbia, South Carolina, 29204 About The Position Weekly Pay Range - $1709 To $1899 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Stepdown Cardiac Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00), including holidays and rotating weekends Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license. Pending licenses are not accepted. Certifications: BLS, ACLS (only accepts American Heart Association) Must-Have: - Telemetry skills - IV Start skills Job Description: - Provide nursing care in a Cardiac Step-Down unit - Work with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 - May be required to float between units or campuses to meet facility needs - A ratio of 1:6 may be required when floating to other units - Support patients with telemetry monitoring and cardiac care - Act as part of an emergency response team during hurricane season - Comply with facility needs for requested time off - Combine royal blue or black scrubs with white for uniform - Use EPIC for charting - Complete an orientation of 16 hours Ensure that all time off is requested during the submission process.
