Dental Assistant EFDA

The duties include, but are not limited to are: Chair-side assisting (applicant must be able to pick up patterns of the procedures quickly) educating patients of their care Taking xrays Writing chart notes efficiently Scheduling appointments Going over treatment plans with patients Sterilization/Setting up rooms Patient education Assisting our amazing Hygienists Occasional Front office help - answering phones, scheduling appts, calling on recare/recall/unscheduled treatment EXPERIENCE Required attributes: Registered with the State of OR to take radiographs. Must be a team player, self starter, forward thinker, and must have a positive attitude. CDA/RDA License Required MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE Registered Dental Assistant (Required) X-Ray Certification (Required) for OREGON EFDA Certification (Required) for OREGON Clinical Setting: General Dentistry Work Remotely No DAYS: MON - THURS 6am - 4pm (3-4 days a week) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24 OR (BOE) Based on Experience Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $24.00 per hour Experience: Dental assisting: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Certified Dental Assistant (Required) EFDA Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
