Job Description:

This position will assist IT in automating and implementing new technology to maintain a current and optimal desktop environment. The Help Desk Analyst (HDA1) will be responsible for the following:Provide Desktop Support and Software Licensing Services.Image machines and install complex software.Use creativity and innovation to automate and streamline processes and procedures.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support.Troubleshoot issues systematically, identifying problems, researching causes, and implementing solutions.Set up, build, and remove desktop equipment (PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals, software, etc.).Troubleshoot basic network, software, printing, and installation issues.Support staff hardware moves during facility reorganization.Experience with ServiceNow and Knowledge Base is preferred.Availability for an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility for shift changes.Punctuality and reliability are essential in this customer service environment.

Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of IT experience.2+ years of troubleshooting experience.2+ years of experience documenting procedures.Experience using ServiceNow.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to collaborate across business and functional lines.Experience prioritizing and managing time and resources effectively.Ability to follow established processes in a service desk environment.Desired Skills:

Retail customer service experience.Previous experience with a service desk.
