PT needed for 13 weeks in Germantown, WI with an asap start date.
Must be WI licensed and have BLS.

Required QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS:
1 yr OP exp; AHA BLS; 6 Visits per day is what the goal is. Currently at 8 VPD/FTE and had to remove 2 FTEs that were not appropriate fits to increase capacity. Will likely see 9-10 VPD/FTE
