Registered Nurse Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)
StartDate: 11/4/2024Available Shifts: 12 DPay Rate: $2087.84 - $2300.89
Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Strokes, TBI, Craniotomies/cranioplasties, back surgeries, VP/LP shunts, seizures. Occasionally: syncope, hyper/hypotension & vascular surgeries.Any special procedure done on the unit? Lumbar puntures & CT insertionsCommon Medications used on the unit? Antiseizure medications, antipsychotic medications, antihypertensive, DM.Start and end shift times:0, 1, 2,Lunch ( hr, 1 hr, 2 hr, etc.): 0.5 lunchNurse Patient Ratio: 1/7 or 8Is Vasoactive Drip Titration Required? NIV Insertion YPICC/Central Line Management YVascular Device Access/Care YEpidural/PCA pumpsYFeeding Tubes YComments: Only telemetry monitoring for stroke patients and only 24 hours. Will have remote tele capability
