License: Active Arizona or Compact license required upon submission-EMR System: EPIC experience is required and must be listed correctly on the resume.
Patient & Unit Information:-Nurse-Patient Ratios:Days: 1:5-6Nights: 1:6
Unit Details:-90 beds, double occupancy-Common diagnoses: Pneumonia, COPD, AKI, radiation patients, etc.-No titration of drips required except for Heparin & Lasix
Support Staff:-Charge Nurse: Sometimes free, but may take assignments-Patient Care Techs: 8-12 patients per tech-Monitor Techs available, no need for travelers to read telemetry
Other Details:-Scheduling:-Every other weekend required-Holiday Requirement: 2 out of 3 holidays-Call/Standby: Low Census On Call-Floating Requirements: To Med-Surg, stable ICU patients, and Foothills Clinic RDU-Scrub Color: Navy Blue-Orientation: One day each for NEO, clinical education/EPIC training, and unit orientationAbout Nationwide Therapy Group
