Job Description
Provide skilled nursing care in an operating room setting.Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and successful surgical outcomes.Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.Monitor patient vitals and assist the surgical team during operations.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient assessments.Work two of the major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.Work one minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
