Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

We are a national, mid-sized energy company that's looking to hire a Maintenance Manager in Austin, TX ASAP!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in the field of Maintenance, Engineering, or related field of study
• 5 years of experience in maintenance management and/or engineering
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• Systems Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs) & Process Control (PCs)
• Demonstrated experience managing a budget and large scale inventory.
• Project management experience including capital project development and cost estimation. Lean manufacturing principals, 5S deployment/sustainability, World Class
• Manufacturing (WCM) Strategy experience a plus. Ability to interface and comply with regulatory agencies.
