Stability

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Assist in managing journal entries for monthly or annual closing.
• Prepare schedules to support balance sheet general ledgers for auditors.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Full cycle AP and full cycle AR
• Process Payroll and Bank account reconciliation
• Process Credit cards Back Ups
• Assist the Controller or Accounting Manager with special projects and data research. others

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting is preferred. Related Construction and AIA form experience is a must.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and regulations
• Working Advance knowledge MS Excel and QuickBooks
• Dynamic, Must possess strong working knowledge of Finance and Accounting systems and operations, including working knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders, payroll, income tax and banking; must be reliable and dependable.
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and Multitask
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Must be reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively
• Be analytical and methodical. Be hands-on to resolve problems.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
