We are looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to our team.

Here are the day-to-day activities:

~ Draft demand letters

~ Draft written discovery with clients and attorneys

~ Draft pleadings and memoranda

~ Perform medical and legal research

~ Coordinate with expert witnesses

~ Track all case deadlines and ensure their completion

~ Schedule depositions, hearings, and trials

~ Interview prospective clients

~ Order and review medical records

~ Update clients and referral sources on case status
