Salary: $40,000 - $43,000 per hour

Patient Navigator:

• Outpatient Setting
• Full-time, Mon-Fri, Day Shift

The Patient Navigator will ensure patients obtain all of the heatlhcare services that they need. The Patient Navigator will help guide patients on where and how to obtain services, answer any questions, schedule appointments and provide referrals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidate must possess a High School Diploma and/or GED
• Prefer 2+ years related experience in a medical office, hospital, or healthcare setting assisting patient with complex medical situations
• Exceptional communication
• Strong customer service
• Highly organized
