Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 10/28/2024Available Shifts: 8 DPay Rate: $2175.93 - $2507.05
PT needed asapSHIFT- Days - normally (8am-4:30, Monday-Friday) - EAST REGION
*PA Physical Therapist (PT)
License is required*OASIS documentation abilities preferred but not needed **Will be based in our east region- covering Lancaster and Lebanon County - Mileage given - could float to neighboring counties. (We are respectful of the distance)*Could care for Covid patients*1 years experience preferred
*Do not submit local candidates to these travel positions. Contact the PMO team for the local rate first.
