Business Systems Analyst :
- Work on ACH project, focusing on enhancing Fiserv PEP+ application
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :
- Business systems analysis experience- Demonstrated knowledge of Fiserv PEP+ application and ACH payment systems- Strong understanding of the payments industry, including NACHA rules and regulations- Advanced Excel experience, particularly pivot tables and data analysis- Experience in creating process flows and understanding underlying code structures- Proven ability to write clear, concise business requirements and user stories- Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment- Proficiency in using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation
