Responsibilities

Peforms financial analysis and reporting to support departments, working across Finance teams as requiredAssists in developing documents to support regulatory filings to ensure complianceAssists in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of financial databasesAids creation of written financial reports that comply with relevant standards and proceduresAssists the delivery of analyses, and creates presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis of available dataAssists and maintains records of key documentation for further financial analysis and auditing purposesDevelops utility-specific finance knowledge and keeps knowledge up to date on emerging trends and changes in financial analysis principles and practicesSupports the identification of financial risks through regular assessment and diligent execution of controls and mitigations, proactively raising any concernsA material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.Minimum Qualifications

One or more years of experience in financial planning, modeling and/or forecasting.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, computer science, analytics, or related discipline.Experience working with expense vs capital, cost allocations and related financial and accounting concepts.Experience with SAP.You should know

This position's work mode is

hybrid.

The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
