We are seeking a

Class A CDL Laborer

who will be responsible for assisting the Driller and other field workers with all field activities such as moving and set up of equipment, safely driving material, equipment and supplies to and from the construction site, cleaning and prepare sites, digging trenches, cleaning up rubble and debris and other related tasks.

$22-26/hr . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Schedule:

3 weeks on, 1 week off

Casper, WY or surrounding region (UT, CO, ND, SD, MT)

Responsibilities

Driving safely and courteously up and down public and customer roadsObeying all traffic laws including specific MATCOR rules and regulationsAssists workers with loading and unloading truck at the customer's job site or at the yardInspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, brakes, gas, oil, and waterMaintain DOT logs according to DOT regulationsPerform Pre and Post trip inspections as required by DOTPerform emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, fuses, tire chains, and spark plugsResponsible for securing cargoAssist inventorying crew trucks to ensure all the necessary equipment and material is stockedPerforms related tasks including yard maintenanceInstall cathodic protection pipeline workOther duties as requested by Supervisor

Qualifications

Minimum 21 years of ageValid Commercial Driver's License (Class A CDL) from state of residenceMinimum of 3months driving experienceMust successfully pass a minimum of a 6-month DOT physical, pre-placement drug screen and satisfactory background checkMust have acceptable driving record in accordance with MATCOR/Brand's Vehicle PolicyMust demonstrate ability to work safely and adhere to all safety rules and regulationsAbility to work independently and take initiative in performing work in the fieldAbility to use an electronic time tracking systemMust be able to lift and carry 75 lbs.Must be willing to travel 75-100%Must be willing to work long hours such as 12 hour shiftsMust work well with others and be willing to learn from mentors and others in the shop and fieldDesired:

Equipment operations experience, electrical experience, mechanical experience, construction experience.
