Pay Rate: $39/hr
HYBRID schedule-onsite 2-3 days per week
What You'll Be Doing:
Checking in overnight emails for funding requestsPutting together forecastsReviewing payments dueRunning through settlements of trade/cash flowReleasing and reconciliationProvide support in monitoring the cash flows, financial risk, identify improvements/efficiencies, and provide additional value-added servicesEnable business partnering with affiliates on foreign currency exposure management practices and provide support to improve complianceAssist global Affiliates with FX exposure management as deemed necessaryPartner with global affiliates to address and improve compliance with Treasury Worldwide ProceduresSupport with the opening and closing of bank accounts as requiredAssist with short term cash forecasts and related processesSupport daily management of the reconciliation of bank accounting transaction activitiesAssist with the SWIFT bank connectivity infrastructure and daily management of the processesSupport Treasury Services systems-related and cash-management process-related projectsAssist with the execution of foreign exchange risk managementPrepare with daily, weekly, and monthly management reportingAssist with analyzing various scenarios and risksDaily management of foreign currency exposure and foreign currency paymentsMaintain and update SOX plans to ensure efficient execution of testingMaintain and update business continuity plans for global treasury processes
Required:
BA in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics and 2+ years of experienceAttention to detail, ability to collaborate, ability to meet with deadlinesExperience in treasury back office in large corporations and global teamsWhat's In It For You?
