Critical access hospital with ED, ICU, Med/Surg, Behavioral Health Infusion Center, Surgical Center and infusion center.
Likely will focus on clinical area, with less focus on infusion centerCommon Duties/Job Requirements/Skills
- Review of medication orders for drug therapy and evaluate appropriateness of use, dose, dosage form, regimen, therapeutic duplication and drug interactions-Provide pharmacokinetic/anticoagulation dosing-Participate in the provision of pharmaceutical care through clinical services including medication reconciliation and discharge medication education- Pharmaceutical compounding oversight including USP regulatory/compliance guidelines (USP 797 and USP 800 focused)Experience or 'Must have' skills
