We are seeking a highly motivated Loss Mitigation Attorney to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This position is ideal for both entry-level and seasoned attorneys who are passionate about real estate law and helping homeowners navigate foreclosure-related challenges. The Loss Mitigation Attorney will work directly with clients, handle foreclosure defense cases, and contribute to a collaborative legal environment. Real estate experience is preferred, and knowledge of areas such as probate, bankruptcy (BK), and unlawful detainer (UD) is a plus.Key *

Represent homeowners in foreclosure-related legal matters, including foreclosure defense, loan modifications, short sales, and property disputes.Provide legal guidance in related areas such as probate, bankruptcy, and unlawful detainer actions impacting real estate.Develop and execute effective strategies for loss mitigation and foreclosure prevention.Conduct legal research, draft and file motions, pleadings, and other necessary court documents.Engage in negotiations with lenders, opposing counsel, and other parties to achieve optimal client outcomes.Participate in in-person client consultations, court appearances, and mediations.Maintain a high standard of client communication and case management.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active California Bar license in good standing.Open to both entry-level and seasoned attorneys.Background in real estate law is a strong advantage.Experience or interest in probate, bankruptcy (BK), or unlawful detainer (UD) matters.Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred **

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Prior experience with California foreclosure laws and mortgage regulations.Familiarity with California Civil Code 2945 is advantageous. *
