Pay: $18.57/hour
$500 Retention bonus
Plant Specific Details2/2/3 schedulework approximately 13 days out of the month2 (3) day weekends off a month12-hour shiftsInjection Molding: 6:30am6:30pmYour Role:
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be responsible for providing support for the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspecting product for defects and packing finished goods in correct configuration. You will have the opportunity to:
Ensures compliance with GMPs, Safety, Quality Procedures and keep Productivity Standards.Efficiently maintains the operation of machinery by monitoring codes and dates.Make minor adjustments/repairs as necessary using appropriate bench and hand tools.Performs quality checks and makes the necessary adjustmentsChecks controls on equipment relating to vacuums, heat, pressures, timing and water flowMaintain various records such as production reports, data entry and detailed shift reports.Checks raw materials inventory and informs warehouse of shortages.Communicates effectively with oncoming shift lead/operator regarding all pertinent information.Performs other related duties as required or directed by Team LeaderUltimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will help to create an efficient manufacturing environment.
