RESPONSIBILITIES:Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring the quality of client care by supporting the use of a trauma informed approach by staff, students and volunteers which aligns with the agency's mission and philosophy. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing weekly and/or bimonthly clinical/reflective supervision to staff, students and designated teams which support the facilitation, development and implementation of team goals and objectives. The Clinical Supervisor also serves as a link to the other teams and to the Clinical Director. The Clinical Supervisor offers consultation and support to staff and students regarding crisis, and direct practice with clients. He/she is responsible for staff and student development and evaluation in conjunction with the Clinical Director and other supervisors. The Clinical Supervisor will assist with the development and implementation of agency training. The Clinical Supervisor performs the role and duties of a supervisor for the team.

DUTIES:Supports staff and students regarding professional and clinical development, planning, and intervention/implementation.Conducts individual and group clinical/reflective supervision of staff and students.Collaborates with and coordinate care of clients through linkage development and maintenance with schools, law enforcement, other agencies, family members etc. for effective service implementation.Oversees individual, group and family counseling, wraparound and other services as they relate to a program's & team goals and objectives. These include the goals & objectives from the assessment, and treatment/service plan as agreed upon with the client.Assists with the development and conducting of agency annual and new hire core trainings for staff, students and program teams.Participates in the interviewing and acceptance of students from various Universities. Complete all student agreements and paperwork for completion of practicum/internships including necessary evaluations.Provides clinical oversight to staff and students for services rendered. Supervise & coordinate with program administrator for students regarding casefile and proper documentation.Will work collaboratively with SBCS Program Directors.Supports program and agency documentation through regular reviews and audits as appropriate.Responsible for implementing projects consistent with community health and agency direction.Must be willing to develop or possess working knowledge of trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis treatment; experience working in trauma-informed and dual diagnosis programs.Receive and give supportive feedback to foster equity and inclusion in working relationships.Attends & actively participates in team meetings, department meetings, agency meetings & other committee meetings as assigned.As other duties assigned.
