We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join our Corporate Information Technology (IT) team in Golden Valley, MN. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce development to drive the evolution of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, ensuring we continue to meet the changing needs of our global customer base with efficiency and innovation. You'll be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, directly impacting our ability to continue growing and leading the world in smart, sustainable water solutions. This is a permanent, direct-hire position. You will work a hybrid work schedule with 3 days/week on-site in Golden Valley, MN. LI-Hybrid You will: Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce.com (SFDC) solutions to support business requirements, enhancing functionality and improving user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide technical insight, and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals. Manage the Salesforce environment, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with external systems, ensuring optimal performance. Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, enhancing their understanding and use of the platform. Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to our ecosystem. Key Qualifications: Have earned a bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.). A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field a plus. Salesforce developer certification(s) strongly preferred. Have 5-7 years of professional experience in related fields with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, custom development, and deployment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
