If you think you would be a good fit for this position, please send an updated copy of your resume with your contact information to Chris Holland at cholland@apexsystems.comJob Title: PC Service TechnicianContract: Multi-year contractShift: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pmPay Rate: up to $20/hrPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:IT service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk side Support) according to Managed Client policy and Procedure GuideCoordinates and Client End User on expectations and availability to conduct Managed Client ServicesPerforms trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades and basic deployments & repair on Client Assets in campus/remote locationsIdentifies potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action stepsStrives to meet all Client SLAs & Customer Satisfaction GoalsEscalate to Desktop Support Site Lead on issues that impact a Client End User and/or entire operation at a given siteWhen required-provides onsite shadowing to Program Field Service TeamServes as an entry point to develop technical and customer skills to grow into broader and more challenging field services rolesBasic installation and maintenance to technical productsFollows predefines procedures and tasks in everyday activitiesWork is regularly reviewed by a more senior level technical specialistRequired Skills and Competencies:Minimum 1-3 year experience in servicing/deploy computer equipmentMust have a proven customer service backgroundMust have experience in a corporate environmentIndividual will be knowledgeable of Windows operation system environmentAble to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scriptsPhysically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis in customer service, including experience handling difficult customer and conflict resolutionEEO EmployerApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
