Technical Business Analyst
What you will be doing: The Technical Business Analyst position will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and quality assurance of various Business Intelligence - Supply Chain solutions. This will require an end-to-end understanding of each solutions business context, architecture, data requirements, and how those work together to meet the customer's needs. Key Responsibilities Responsibility #1 - 100% Work both independently and with users, business analysts, analytics leads, and engineering to interpret requests and implement updates.
Document and respond to user questions and communicate issues to business analysts and/or engineering.
Investigate customer/product issues.
Conduct a wide range of analyses to ensure that solution meets specified standards and end-user requirements.
Perform end-to-end tests to validate new or updated business processes, customization, configuration, reports, and data migration.
Ensure that system tests are successfully completed, documented, and all problems are resolved.
Identify potential areas of improvement to enhance products efficiency.
Required Qualifications Work Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more years
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across cross functional teams over multiple geographic locations.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
Microsoft Suite required.
Tableau or comparable Business Intelligence platform preferred.
BigQuery/SQL preferred.
Azure DevOps preferred.
Business analysis in healthcare preferred.
Agile methodology preferred.
Experience: Technical background with business understanding preferred: business analysis, data analysis, finance, industrial engineering, data management, supply chain management, business statistics, econometrics, economics. Education: Bachelor's degree Additional Job Requirements: Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time

Working Conditions: Remote Travel Requirements: No travel required Physical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. Premier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
